Thank u dear I miscarriage September 15 to 27 and I saw blood on 28th October I tot is my period not knowing is implantation bleeding so I was feeling pregnancy symptoms I said let me take a test dis evening,

Look like it is positive, but try to take a test on the morning again. Also you could check HCG analyses in dynamics, several times day after day. If it is growing - you are pregnant!
