Hello everyone) Can you please tell me if anyone has experienced this? During pregnancy, I started experiencing very strong pain in my knees. Sometimes it's like nothing at all. Other times, I can't even sit down without pain. It's awful but painful. What can I do about it? I understand that it could be due to the weight now. But how to eliminate this pain?
