Ночпромывайте аквалором, закапывайте детским називином 2-3 дня после промывки, мажте виски звездочкой или доктор мом

Промывайте нос морской водой и проветривать помещение. Про калину не знаю, а вот морс из чёрной смородины ?

Поставила себе диагноз ?ринорея;текут сопли не возможно как;уже 3 платка носовых хоть выжимай;не легче;купила бальзам-звёздочку раньше помогало;сейчас временное облегчение;надеюсь это не ковид?
