Could you please tell me how to calculate the pregnancy term from the date of the last menstrual period or from the date of ovulation???

Акушерский срок считайте от первого дня последней менструации.

Чтобы посчитать срок со дня овуляции нужно отнять 2 недели от акушерского срока (по нормам). Это будет считаться сроком оплодотворения. Но точный срок оплодотворения вам скажут по узи.
