Girls, hello everyone! I'm Rh-negative (my husband is Rh-positive). Previously, we always checked for anti-D antibodies every month in pregnant women. Now the gynecologist says that literally recently there was an order issued that they will no longer check for anti-D antibodies monthly. We need to wait until around 18 weeks (they will still check for anti-D antibodies once more), and then only at 28 weeks they will give the immunoglobulin injection. You know about this order? I can't find it online. Has anyone had a similar situation? My first pregnancy, I understand that anti-D antibodies rarely appear in first pregnancies, but still... I'm worried.
