Промывайте нос физ. Раствором в одну ноздрю из шприца заливаете струёй, чтоб из другой вытекало. Либо аквамарис каждые 20-30мин

Кстати у меня тоже так было.Чих и все.а иногда хочется чихнуть.не можешь и слезы с глаз. Аква марис часто брызгала.Аква марис регулярный уход

Здравствуйте. Высморкайтесь, постойте под душем, промойте нос, потом промойте соленой водой, можете бальзамом крылья носа намазать- типа доктор мои или звездочка, и ложитесь спать. Позитивные мысли медитации Вам тоже помогут. )) здоровья Вам.
