Girls, hello everyone! Tell me, who is taking magnesium in what dosage (exactly how many milligrams)? My gynecologist prescribed me 1 tablet twice a day. In the pharmacy different dosages, and 100 mg, and 50 mg, so I'm thinking which one to take.
