Он может сесть в отпуск по уходу за реб, и продолжать работать но не официально где- нибудь ) но так нельзя )

Я сама была уволена по ликвидации организации, и тоже сейчас осталась без работы и без декретных, встала на учёт по безработице онлайн, подучила хоть какое-то пособие

Может. Пишет заявление по уходу за ребенком и выход на работу на неполный рабочий день, например 7 часов
