У меня симфизит появился с 16 недели, по этому где то в таком сроке и стала одевать бандаж, только очень низко, прям на лобок, тогда вроде таз меньше болел. А сейчас без поддержки живота тяжеловато, если куда нибудь еду или дольше пройтись приходится и забуду его одеть.
