Свечи и мази есть кызыл май, насколько помню их при беременности можно. Релиф ещё есть свечи, на счёт мази не знаю

Свечи Натальсид, крем гепатромбин г два раза в день и после каждого похода в туалет по большому. Исключить туалетную бумагу, только водичкой. Не допускать запоры. Мне ещё помогала ромашка замороженная в кубиках льда. Снимала боль хорошо. Это если прям сильный Геморой. На попе не сидеть долго. Лежать на боку. А так, у большинства беременных он. Я с 25 неделе с ним живу. То вскакивает то проходит. Врач сказал ничего не сделать, так будет до родов. Лечитесь)
