Как минимум сказать об этом педиатру. Может быть какая то инфекция, не обязательно от вашего молока

К педиатру, не затягивать, это повод обратиться за консультацией, может просто назначат капли типа пребиотика/пробиотика, а может и другое быть, это не от Вашей еды
