Ромашкой полоскала, лизобакт ещё можно. И много пить. Я ела клюкву и бруснику в Сахаре с чаем, отличные витамины и очень поднимают иммунитет.очень советую. Если ягоды не хотите, сделайте морсик из них))) вообщем обильное питьё-залог скорейшего выздоровления
