Полоскайте фурацилином часто и молоко с мёдом, чай с малиной можно ещё мукалтин он на травах

полоскайте горло элюдрил , фурацилин раствор или аквамарис , чередуйте, обильное горячее питье, побольше пропотеть нужно, удачи вам, не болейте!
