О да перевороты ночью сложное физическое упражнение ???и я усталь Проснулась с утра А уже нет сил ?

Я когда у родителей ночую, совсем беда. Комната на втором этаже, а туалет на первом. Пока схожу и поднимусь обратно, я уже просыпаюсь, задыхаюсь и давление поднимается ???
