Hello, my ear is red, could you please tell me what it might be? I looked on the internet and there's a bunch of stuff and I can't understand anything, it doesn't itch, it doesn't cry

Опрелость, протирайте ромашкой отвар, и мажте кремом дропаленом или как модно Бепантеном. И соблюдайте утренний туалет и вечерний, и все будет хорошо. Если складочки в норме протирайте персиковым маслом. Посмотрите педиатра Ольгу Сидоренко она все рассказывает.

Судокрем думаю лучше поможет чем бепонтен

Мирамистин брызгать на всякий случай мало ли ранка какая есть, мазью бепантеном или судокремом мазать потом. Педиатру показать если не будет проходить.
