Tonight I had lower abdominal pain, four times as if a spasm gripped me for a few seconds, and my lower abdomen was hard like that. Today it doesn't seem to hurt at all. Could this be something? Is there anything serious? I think maybe it's a spasm? I have never experienced such a thing before.
