Полоскать раствор соль , сода и пару капель йода

Обильное питье горячее, горло полоскать раствором каким удобно, фурацилином, соль сода йод, ромашка, гвоздика, и тд. Когда потеете еще так быстрее проходит ангина. Главное на сквозняки не выходить.

Панавир можно распылять в горло, он для кормящих, но на вкус ужасен
