Hello! My son is 3 months old and he's been spitting up quite frequently lately, in large amounts. I give him breast milk on demand. Is this normal? We tried holding him upright and so on.

Ребёнок срыгмвает лишнее. У меня тоже много и мне кажется, что ничего ей не остаётся. Но на самом деле, это только лишнее, если ребёнка не беспокоит это. Видимо, пока посасывает во сне грудь, слишком много глотает?‍♀️
