"Hi moms, I'm 38 weeks today. I've had a mucus discharge since Friday. Today I saw my gynecologist, and he said I'm 3 centimeters dilated. Can someone please explain what he meant by that?"

@Zinhle you didn't get labour pains ne? ? my 1st bundle arrived as a pain free, I had mucus discharge in the early hours of the morning, went to doctor and told me I was 3cm , following morning I gave birth?? I pray for the same with this one.
