Girls good day, can you tell me if I should worry? My stomach is hurting, it's getting hard every 3-4 minutes and lasts exactly 30 seconds, not painful at all, should I go to the maternity ward?

А интервал меняется? Продолжительность меняется? Каким образом? Если хаотично, то поспите, примите душ и ношпу, пройдёт. Если интервал сокращается, а продолжительность схватки увеличивается - ко врачу!
