Good day everyone. Can anyone tell me what videos I can watch for proper breathing during labor, or what training programs might be available? I want to read and prepare for my fourth pregnancy, so I know how to breathe properly.

На ютубе видео Кобаса или у Нины Зайченко тоже есть раздел про роды, тоже очень понятно объяснено все. Я хотя столько видео пересмотрела, все равно все забыла в самый ответственный момент. Только акушерка помогла с дыханием
