I'm not advertising, just saying (I take it myself and my husband takes it too). As you've probably noticed, everyone has started getting mild pneumonia (symptoms — fever, cough, headache). In such cases it's recommended to take antibiotics, but these antibiotics are NOT available in pharmacies because they've been bought up. Both my sisters were sick and they took these antibiotics and are, knock on wood, much better now, and now my mother-in-law is sick with the same symptoms. She went to the pharmacy to buy the same antibiotics, but they're NOT available at all, not even in the warehouse — the manufacturer can't produce them fast enough.
