Hello, how do I wear compression stockings? It's hot out here, and I take cold showers several times a day. Should I always take them off and put them on? After giving birth, my doctor said I should still wear them for another 40 days. Who has worn them? How do I deal with showering?

Я две недели и все не смогла больше,на ночь главное в них спать ,а днём можно снимать

Я носила в прошлом году в 45 градусной жаре, душ принимала 4 раза и каждый раз снимала и надевала. Только ночью снимала ?

Когда жара была, всё равно носила. Потела, но так легче было ноге. Но только дома. Без них болит нога (у меня по одной стороне только варикоз). На ночь их надо снимать.
