Мне вот честно вообще тоже ничего не помогало. Это гормоны, может и не поможет. Холодной водичкой умывайтесь каждое утро, мне как-то более менее даже сейчас это хоть немного помогает. Перекисью можно ещё протереть.

Мне помогла умывалка и крем от гарниер для сухой кожи,а то шелушилась до покраснения,ничего сделать не могла.
