У вас точно не акне новорождённых? У нас было на лице и верхняя часть туловища в вашем возрасте. Усыпано все просто. Но если на все теле, то действительно аллергия может быть. Фенестил бэби капли с 1 месяца.

Фенистил на ура помогает. Врач сказала по 3 капельки , 3 раза в день , пару дней. Я прям в ротик капала и все прошло. Он с месяца только вроде. Вам уже можно по сути. Ну и убрать аллерген обязательно
