Girls, at what age did your babies start their first sleep regression? And how long did it last?

Не было вообще никаких регрессов

В 4 месяца начался ровно, и вот только последнюю неделю ребёнок стал спать как раньше

Мне кажется если не зацикливаться на этом, не читать и не смотреть всякую фигню типа скачки роста но неделям и тд , то можно всё спокойненько пережить
