Может быть и начало родов, с 37 недели доношенный уже ребенок, вы лучше скорую вызовите если сильно болит

Могут быть как тренировочные так и настоящие, если промежутки становятся меньше и начинает болеть сильнее и дольше то вызывайте скорую и в роддом
