(I understand that all babies develop differently, I read in one app that they should be able to assemble a simple pyramid, hand over a toy, and understand when told not to. We're trying to play now, but we're just putting everything in our mouths). When I say "no", he looks, laughs and continues doing it, he doesn't give the toy, and he doesn't understand what I want from him. I think is this normal or something written there is wrong.
