After natural childbirth, bloody discharge (lochia) lasted for 2.5 weeks, then stopped and today 40 days after delivery, brown discharge returned as on the first day of menstruation and there is a pulling sensation in the lower abdomen. There are weekend ahead, to the doctor only on Monday. Can anyone know if this is normal?
