Hello everyone! Ladies from Astana (Nur-Sultan), could you please tell me about courses for pregnant women so we can go together with our husbands? So they would all tell us everything - about sleep of children, and about massage during childbirth, and all that stuff ?

У нас при ЖК есть такие курсы у психологов, на сроках после 30 недель ходим группами, очень полезные и добрые занятия. Спросите у своего врача, может и в Казахстане есть тоже, просто рано ещё Вам.

Дааа там с 30недельки записываться нужно )) есть в Инстаграмме много курсов . От 40.000 стоимость)) но честно я посмотрела в интернете, про дыхание и тд.

@ainara_doctor в инсте есть. Классны курсы, сама туда ходила, ни разу не пожалела
