Hello ladies! At 32 and 36 weeks of pregnancy ?, we had a CTG that showed 7 points and a contraction. Has anyone experienced this? How dangerous is it?

У меня была 7ка, врач сказала побольше быть на свежем воздухе и прописала вамелан (ночью плохо спала). Следуя её советам ктг поднялось на 10 баллов. Не переживайте, 7ка это не значит, что гипоксия. Просто старайтесь побольше быть на воздухе, успокоить свое внутреннее состояние (если беспокойны)
