Знаю только что начисляются алименты в пользу ребёнка со дня подачи иска, а вот насколько долго и как всё происходит лучше консультироваться с юристом

Подавала на алименты и через две недели уже было засидание.у нас с мужем все было обговорено уже за ранее и он был согласен на мои условия...в суде провели минут 10 не больше... Отправили исполнительный лист приставам,но они что то не особо работали...первые алименты пришли только через три месяца.
