Промойте нос солёной водой прополоскать горло тоже также

мирамистином брызгать горло , полоскать каждый час ромашкой, много пить, нос промывать аквалором, если температура, сразу скорую, после выходных обязательно к врачу.

Есть раствор «ротокан» , полоскайте гороо этим раствором и всё пройдёт на утро. Это моя скорая помощь. Ещё отлично помогает спрей ИРС-19 .

Diane, Спасибо, да ротокан есть я его от стоматита во рту беру , но вот не знала можно ли при беременности , спасибо ))
