I've been having lower back pain for a couple of weeks, especially after waking up, like I slept on rocks, by lunchtime it usually lets up, I walk around.
I've never had any problems with my spine before.
The pregnancy pillow doesn't help, neither does the knee-elbow position, what did people with similar problems use as a solution?
