Hello everyone, for those who had cracks on nipples during breastfeeding and used breast milk, did you rinse it off before feeding? I read that it's okay not to rinse it off, but I still worry about it. Who took risks?

Не смывала.Конечно,если только практически намазала,а тут кушать понадобилось,то полотенцем или салфеткой подтирала слой.А если время проходило,то не смывала,не стирала.
