Good day! I don't understand anything about social affairs during maternity leave. Could it be difficult for someone to explain this to me?? I am officially employed, I started working on November 2nd, but I want to resign from my job on October 1st. Am I losing something by doing so? And how does maternity leave actually work? What is the employer's role in this situation?
