Today at 11 am there was a traffic jam (thick mucus, passerby with phlegm) and then pain started in my lower abdomen. The interval is 2 minutes, the pain lasts for 1 minute somewhere. But it doesn't look like contractions, as described by acquaintances. I don't even know what to do, has anyone had a similar situation?
