Hello! 30 days and 6 days I've been suffering from insomnia for over a week now I fall asleep before morning and sleep a maximum of 1-2 hours Then I wake up... finish my household chores and if free, I sleep for 30 minutes or 1 hour And in the evening as per schedule at 6 or 7 I fall asleep again and also 30 minutes or 1 hour Then I don't sleep until morning It's hard to breathe and it gets heavier every day Is this normal?
