Why can't you wear a corset during ruptures? I've heard that several times.

Потому что при утягивании- внутренние органы давят на мышцы тазового дна, грозит опущением, а за ним - недержание, отсутствие либидо, выпадение матки, бесплодие ( А при разрывах ещё и швы могут разойтись

А вообще тугое утягивание в корсет нарушает кровоток в малом тазу
