Hello! I've noticed for a week now that when I go outside, my breasts start to ache, like they're itching, become firm, like milk has frozen. When I get home, it's fine in the warmth. Could this be due to a strain? Although I usually keep warm and wear coats, I don't think I strained them. Another question: my legs have started to swell, the right leg is pulling, there's some varicose veins, what can I do about it? Is it too early for swelling? I haven't had such swelling with previous children, I didn't know what swelling was ?
