Hello everyone ?! Ladies, could you please tell me if it's possible to start my maternity leave on October 11th, at least that's what the doctor wrote. I mean, can I not go on maternity leave as of October 11th and work until the end of the month officially? Is this not a violation of the law? And even in November, is it possible to work officially or is it a violation of the law? Since I will be working from home anyway, and the employer will pay me unofficially anyway.
