Кормить можно и нужно. Ребенку передаются антитела с молоком.

Однозначно кормить можно и нужно, антитела к болезни, которые вырабатывает ваш организм с молоком будут поступать малышке. Нос промывать раствором морской воды, аквалор, аквамарис и пр. Больше жидкости пейте. Выздоравливайте!
