Pregnancy hormones are messing with my sleep at night ? I'm struggling with insomnia, I can barely get any sleep during the day or night. At night I can only sleep for a maximum of an hour and that's it. During the day I can only sleep for three hours and I can't find a comfortable position. I fall asleep straight on my back (but I know it's not good to sleep in that position) and when I'm lying on my side, I feel either too hot, uncomfortable, or like there isn't enough air and I start choking. What should I do? I don't even know anymore.
