Я пью витамины pregnacare всю беременность и рекомендовано три месяца после родов. Это магний. И все окей

Тоже тут спрашивала , пью в ампулах (с водой развожу) а вообще кто то говорил что если при беременности вам не противопоказано например парацетамол то и после на ГВ можно его и так все остальное
