С года на общем столе: завтрак, обед, ужин, 1-2 перекуса, смесь в этом возрасте 1-2 раза ночью была. От запоров давать больше воды и меньше продуктов, которые крепят. Для улучшения пищеварения лучше увеличить количество клетчатки: овощи, фрукты, зерновые
