Girls, did any of you have pregnancy start with facial swelling? For me, from the first day of my missed period, for exactly a week my face would swell horribly at night — my eyes were just slits, the upper lip would cover the lower one or vice versa. Every morning I'd wake up with some parts more swollen, some less; it was scary to look in the mirror! We even went to the ER to get a hormone shot, they said it was Quincke's edema (angioedema).
