My mother gave birth at 36 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively healthy as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What is unexpected: I am in the same age group. Can I also expect that childbirth will go smoothly?

По мнению многих акушеров-гинекологов наиболее оптимальный период для появления малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не желательно заранее беспокоиться, если ваш возраст не вписывается в эти рамки. На самом деле не существует такого понятия как идеальный возраст для рождения детей. Сложности могут появляться среди юных и зрелых рожениц практически в идентичной степени. Все определяется имеющимися свойствами организма. Чтобы женщина удачно родила в 36, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных рекомендаций и здорового образа жизни во время вынашивания ребенка, безотлагательно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не опасаться и довериться специалисту.
