My mom gave birth at 37 with ease. She never had any complications during my pregnancy, I grew up as a healthy child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant too. It was unexpected: I am of the same age. Can I also expect a smooth delivery?

По мнению многих врачей наиболее оптимальный период для появления малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не нужно предварительно бить тревогу, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого понятия как наилучший возраст для рождения детей. Проблемы могут появляться среди молодых и в зрелых годах рожениц практически в равной степени. Все обуславливается индивидуальными особенностями организма. Чтобы будущая мама успешно родила в 37, важно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных рекомендаций и здорового образа жизни во время вынашивания ребенка, своевременно проходить обследования. А при непосредственном родах не бояться и довериться специалисту.
