Has anyone encountered that they worked under an employment contract (this is when they deduct IPN and pension funds) but social contributions aren't being made, saying that we need to do it ourselves. If I throw in all the year's social contributions in one month, will I get maternity leave? Has anyone received a refusal? Or did someone simply deposit their own social contributions? Were there questions about not making them on time?
