Дородовых не будет без соц отчислений. Получите только единовременное пособие на рождение ребёнка около 100 тыс тенге и сможете получать ежемесячные пособия по уходу за ребёнком до 1 года около 14-15 тыс тенге.

Никак, СО нет, договор ГПХ это не штатный работник, а предоставления услуг. Работадатель не имеет право заполнить Ваш больничный лист.
